Who are we?

Let us introduce ourselves:

Sunday Family Fellowship is simply a group of people from various nationalities who meet together to draw nearer to God. Our main emphasis is to bring glory to God through worship, study and sharing the message of the Bible with the wider community. We want all to hear of Jesus Christ and His gracious offer of forgiveness and righteousness – so they too can enjoy the very presence of God in their lives.

Our first meeting was in June 1997 at Cobden School. We soon outgrew the facilities offered to us and moved to the Forest Room in John Storer House in 1999. (See map.)

The Forest Room adequately provides a comfortable environment to meet together. But above this many appreciate the warmth and friendliness they experience at the Fellowship. Indeed, our name ‘Family Fellowship’ is very much a part of our identity. We seek to offer a family environment for all who join us. Many, especially overseas students, have expressed how thankful they were for their “new family away from home!

Over the years men and women, boys and girls from many national and cultural backgrounds have found Sunday Family Fellowship meets their needs on many levels. But most of all, many have found that it brought them into contact with God through Jesus Christ – contact that showed them God is real and offers peace, joy, hope and love.

It is our prayer that all who visit us will have this same sense of Fellowship and will experience the reality of God in theirlives.

YOU ARE INVITED TO ATTEND ANY OF OUR MEETINGS.
